Is a waiver of subrogation required?

This information is provided to assist you in understanding the coverage being offered and does not modify the terms and conditions of any insurance policy, nor imply a claim is covered. Specific coverage terms vary by class of business. See your policy for full details.

A waiver of subrogation is only required if your venue has requested it by way of contract or agreement. This additional endorsement to the policy may not apply if it wasn't required by the venue - even if you pay to add it.

A waiver costs between $50 and $80 and can be added on the second section of the purchase process.
