Excellent service and great coverage
The Event Helper website was very easy to use. I needed help with one step (the certificate holder name was too long for the field) and Bryan and Scott both were very helpful. Now, I hope I don't need to use policy.

I have been a customer since 2014. I recently went to renew my policy this year and was told by Marc Engellenner that the major changes in the annual policy program in the last 6 months and they can't provide coverage for an event where I would be providing a small, domesticated tortoise for a one hour event. The tortoise has been an educational ambassador for over 5 years and is by far much safer than any cat, dog, or rat - which apparently they do cover. I find this to be disappointing and now have to shop for a new insurance company to get this coverage. Marc really seems to lack in customer service skills and he didn't even attempt to be amenable to keep my business. I'm truly dissapointed.

We offer special event general liability which won't cover high risk activities that need special insurance such as amusement devices, pyrotechnics, auto liability and unmanned aircraft among others.
This was an absolutely easy, quick and convenient way or purchasing a COI in a matter of minutes. My original attempt through my broker was a nightmare because they took weeks to provide an expensive quote for a small gathering that was unreasonable at any level. I highly recommend The Event Helpers 100%
