This is easy to do for planning any event
I needed extra event insurance for my wedding. I reached out to Event Helper about a year and a half ahead of time. They gave me a ballpark quote but unable to give me a few quote until at least a year out from my event, completely understandable. The representative advised me she would reach back out in a few months. The exact day she promised to get back to me another representative, Bryan, reached out to me to give me a quote as the other rep had left the company. I truly appreciate their timely help and it felt great that they were so organized to reach out to me first. I feel their quote was also very fair. Thank you!

The others directed me to an automated system when I asked to speak with a representative online but this team supported me in speaking to someone over email. I tried calling two numbers. One was not good and the other was constantly busy. i was looking for insurance but if I can't get someone on the phone when I don't have a problem, I question what would happen if I did have one.
Hello, I sincerely apologize for the phone issues. We're just as frustrated as you! This has been a temporary issue as there was an attack on a major VoIP carrier. We posted a notice on our site and created a separate number with a different carrier so we could get voicemails. We're working on a redundancy phone plan so this won't happen again.
