I did some research and compared other companies and was led to The Event Helper. They offered a great package with a lot of coverages, including the ceremony, reception, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and hotel suite where the Bridal party is getting ready, all for an affordable and reasonable price. Their representative, Alexis, was outstanding. She was professional, courteous, very friendly and extremely helpful. Even after I was having difficulty on-line, which was my fault, and having to call her three times for help, she continued to be very courteous and helpful and never once got annoyed or lost patience with me. The customer service alone is reson enough to deal with this company. If you are looking for a reasonably priced policy with lots of coverage, I highly recommend The Event Helper, and don't forget to ask for Alexis, you will not be disappointed.
Loved working with this company! Initial process was easy to navigate on the website. But they really shined when we were forced to postpone our baby shower only three days ahead. Within an hour I had a new certificate of insurance for the rescheduled event, and it had been emailed to the venue. That's the way it should be done, but so rarely is. Bravo!
